“Why ask me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. But to answer your question — if you want to receive eternal life, keep the commandments.”

So they failed to trap him by what he said in front of the people. Instead, they were amazed by his answer, and they became silent.
So don’t worry in advance about how to answer the charges against you,
And if I ask you a question, you won’t answer.

This is my answer to those who question my authority.
Are we commending ourselves to you again? No, we are giving you a reason to be proud of us, so you can answer those who brag about having a spectacular ministry rather than having a sincere heart.
One more thing — please prepare a guest room for me, for I am hoping that God will answer your prayers and let me return to you soon.
